When a guest with an active series package books online, the system asks whether they want to apply a series credit. If yes, the credit is reserved at booking and deducted on checkout. The remaining balance updates automatically.
Yes. Each package type has a configurable expiration window (e.g., 12 months from purchase date). Guests with packages expiring within 30 days can receive an automated reminder to use their remaining sessions.
Treatment room records include setup and teardown time buffers. The booking system will not schedule a new appointment in a room until the buffer time has passed after the previous session ends.
Yes. Membership plans with monthly treatment credits are a configurable product type. Members are billed monthly; their credit balance replenishes on the billing date. Unused credits can roll over or expire per your policy.
Gratuity is captured at checkout and logged per therapist per service. Retail sales do not carry a gratuity unless you configure a retail service gratuity for assisted sales. Both appear separately in the payroll report.
