OptiServe AI is an AI-powered business management platform serving field service, construction, property management, oil & gas, and 40+ industries. The Service includes job scheduling, invoicing, proposals, CRM, AI-powered bid takeoffs, and related business management tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox during signup or at any point within the platform, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from OptiServe AI at the phone number you provide. These messages may include:

Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from OptiServe AI unless you re-subscribe.

Supported carriers include: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of OptiServe AI. You may use the platform without opting in to SMS notifications.
OptiServe AI offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to impersonate any person or entity.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by OptiServe AI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiServe AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
