VINs are cross-referenced against the NHTSA recall database at write-up. Open recalls are presented to the advisor at the RO. Recall ROs are tracked with OEM authorization numbers and reimbursable repair codes separately from customer-pay ROs.
Post-service surveys sent by text include an internal satisfaction rating. This internal score is tracked per advisor and per technician in the KPI dashboard. OEM CSI survey results can be manually imported for consolidated reporting.
When an advisor recommends additional work, the customer receives a text with the repair description, price, and DVI photos. Their digital approval is timestamped and recorded on the RO. No work begins until authorization is received.
The Business plan includes parts status tracking. You can log parts ordered, expected arrival date, and received status per RO line item. Advisors know parts status before promising a completion time to the customer.
The Business and Enterprise plans include a customer portal. Owners view their full service history, view their current RO status, pay their invoice, and download past ROs — without calling the service desk.
